Key Findings from the Readiness Model

The canonical milestone2_v3 model identifies which candidate sites appear strongest, which sites need more review, and which locations should be monitored before public charging investment moves forward.

What planners should take from this

  • FFX002 and FFX004 are the strongest current Tier 1 planning signals.
  • PWC006 is the strongest Prince William County library candidate.
  • PWC002 remains useful, but its high-review status means implementation questions should be resolved early.
  • PWC008 and PWC005 should be monitored rather than treated as immediate high-priority expansion sites.
  • PWC003 should not advance as a general-public charging buildout without a changed public-access or fleet-use case.

Planning-support results, not final approvals

These results support early screening, prioritization, and discussion. They do not replace final engineering design, utility coordination, permitting, procurement, ADA review, fire/AHJ review, stormwater review, construction approval, or stakeholder confirmation.

Next Steps

Continue evaluating candidate sites with deeper methodologies and dashboard tooling.

A planning report is embedded below from an external host; this repository cannot verify what that host serves. The copy tracked here was generated 2026-06-28 from the legacy_v2 baseline - its table is headed “Current Site Ranking” but its scores are superseded by the gallery above, and it names no model mode. Treat it as a dated artifact, not as current model output.
