and we collect no personal data beyond standard, short-lived technical logs.

• The AI Assistant is restricted to approved, authenticated users (Cognito). It is an

*explanation tool* for the project's methods and documents. Assistant conversations may

be logged for quality and security; they are not used for any other purpose and are not

shared.

• Formal public comments do not belong here. To make your voice count in an official

process, use the accountable municipal channels listed on our engagement page; we will

never treat website or assistant activity as formal public input.

• Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) posture: we practice data minimization,

purpose limitation, and time-limited retention of technical logs. Questions or requests:

• We do not sell or share any visitor data. No advertising or cross-site tracking is used.
